Leadership responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage multiple development units and technical operations engineers (e.g., software developers, SREs, DevOps engineers).
- Foster a culture of high performance, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the engineering teams.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) for internally developed systems, tools, and applications, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

- Champion and implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of critical internal systems and infrastructure.
- Define and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) for key services.
- Oversee incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and proactive problem management to minimize downtime and improve system stability.
Collaboration & Stakeholder management responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering and Business Process Design Analysis, to understand upcoming solutions and process changes, providing input on technical feasibility, operational requirements, and development efforts.
- Collaborate with product managers, security teams, and other technology leaders to align on priorities and ensure secure and compliant operations.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding system status, project progress, and operational initiatives.
Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Management responsibilities:
- Manage the company's technical infrastructure (on-premise, cloud, or hybrid), including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Optimize infrastructure for cost, performance, and scalability.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field. A Master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or technical operations.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, directly managing engineering and/or operations teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Very strong competence and knowledge in one of our core SaaS systems, e.g. Salesforce.com, Workday Financials or SAP By Design
- Familiarity with database management and administration (SQL and NoSQL).
- Drive significant impact on the stability, performance, and efficiency of our internal technology landscape.
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
