Job Description Summary:
Position Overview:
Spearheaded the development and implementation of customer-centric and digital financial services across Latin America, focusing on fostering a seamless phygital experience.
Responsible for proposing, developing, and implementing flexible Route to Market models and commercial capabilities.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital financial services across Latin America, designing and scaling Credit solutions in partnership with Fintech startups and in a collaborative way with top 4 Business Operations (BOs) in LATAM;
- Establish a high-impact financial ecosystem for B2B2C transactions, involving senior-level engagement and cross-functional leadership;
- Responsible for redesigning and implementing new RTM Models and commercial roles for Traditional Trade according to digitalization impact focusing on account development and execution;
- Design and optimize RTM strategies for events, defining the direct or indirect approach. Determined the use of 3rd party logistics or own fleet to ensure effective distribution and coverage;
- Co-created strategies with different areas and BOs to align vision on each capability;
- Facilitated strategic partnerships with Fintech startups, leveraging synergies, reducing costs, and enhancing service offerings;
- Worked closely with Kamay Venture to identify and engage potential partners for Fintech and AI-driven segmentation tools;
- Organized workshops and developed a startup collaboration agenda to foster innovation and support the integration of cutting-edge technologies.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor degree and above.
Related Work Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial strategy areas with strong skills in route to market, financial services, segmentation, value to market, innovation, channel strategy.
- Desirable to have candidates with a mix of sales operations and route to market experience
Functional Skills:
- Proven deep understanding of the complexities of the end-to-end operations, processes and tools to optimize solutions with our customers across regions;
- Stakeholder management – work seamlessly with stakeholders across the functions (operations, customer management, bottlers, channel strategy);
- Solid analytical and conceptual skills and ability to think from planning to execution and solid system commercial and strategic management;
- Solid Data Interpretation skills – ability to understand complex data and ability to explain to different stakeholders and bottlers in a way that is meaningful to their business needs.
