- Translate strategic risk and compliance requirements into practical implementation plans and business outcomes.
- Build strong relationships across Line 1 and Risk stakeholders to support engagement, understanding and adoption.
- Identify implementation risks, challenges and dependencies, escalating issues and recommending solutions where required.
- Contribute to change management, communications and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Support governance forums, program reporting and delivery of key transformation milestones.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistent implementation outcomes.
What You'll Need
- Hold an accreditation in Risk Management from a recognised body like Risk Management Institute of Australasia (RMIA) or Governance Institute of Australia (GIA) or be willing to obtain one after joining AustralianSuper.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and translate external regulatory requirements to shape business outcomes
- Significant experience in Financial Services, preferably within Risk Management, Compliance or related control functions.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex risk concepts into practical business outcomes.
- Proven ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgement and drive outcomes in complex environments.
- Strong facilitation, problem-solving and implementation skills.
Highly regarded:
