Social Finance, LLC seeks Senior Manager of Risk Management, Credit Card Account Management in Seattle, WA:
Job Duties: Mitigate loss and responsibly grow revenue by leading the team to develop value added risk strategies. Monitor performance of strategies and portfolios. Communicate results and close issues. Identify opportunities and drive actions. Ø Constantly evaluate the strategy performance and put in place a process to optimize. Manage a team of risk managers and analysts to effectively drive and execute business objectives. Collaborate with the Data Science team to design new machine learning models. Partner closely with implementation teams to accurately deploy new strategies. Work with other business partners across the Business Unit, Capital Markets, Finance, Legal and Compliance etc. to deliver successful business results. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Social Finance offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
Special Skill Requirements: Two (2) years of experience using the following: (1) Credit card economics and lending strategies; (2) Data and risk analysis; (3) SQL; (4) Tableau; (5) Python; (6) Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint; (7) models - decision trees, valuations, risk modeling; (8) Collaborating with and influencing partner teams; (9) Communicating and advising senior management; (10) Guiding junior team members on analysis. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Social Finance offices may be required.
Salary: $250,000.00 - $265,000.00 per annum & standard company benefits.
