We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to optimize our revenue-generating processes and systems. This role will be responsible for executing revenue operations strategy, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring seamless alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Process Management

  • Execute and continuously optimize revenue processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

  • Implement standardized methodologies for lead qualification, opportunity management, and customer lifecycle processes

  • Drive process automation and workflow optimization to eliminate bottlenecks and increase efficiency

Data & Analytics Management

  • Maintain revenue data integrity across all systems and ensure accurate, real-time visibility into pipeline and performance

  • Build and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to leadership and teams

  • Conduct analysis on revenue metrics, conversion rates, and sales cycle optimization opportunities

Technology Stack Optimization

  • Manage and optimize our revenue technology ecosystem including Salesforce, HubSpot, and integrated platforms

  • Support evaluation, selection, and implementation of new revenue tools and technologies

  • Ensure seamless data flow and integration between marketing automation, CRM, and customer success platforms

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive alignment and optimize performance

  • Support leadership in establishing revenue targets, forecasting models, and growth strategies

  • Collaborate with Finance and HR teams on revenue planning and resource allocation

Forecasting & Planning Support

  • Support revenue forecasting process and provide accurate, data-backed insights to executive team

  • Execute territory planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling frameworks

  • Maintain revenue planning models that support scaling decisions

Commission & Compensation Operations

  • Manage commission calculations and compensation plan administration for revenue teams

  • Ensure accurate and timely commission payouts across all revenue-generating roles

  • Support design and optimization of commission structures and compensation plans

  • Execute territory assignments and quota distribution processes

  • Analyze commission plan effectiveness and recommend improvements

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities across the revenue organization

  • Create and maintain documentation for revenue operations processes and procedures

  • Support training and adoption of new processes and tools across teams

Requirements

Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or similar analytical roles

  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environments

  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives

Technical Expertise

  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration and reporting

  • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI)

  • Experience with commission calculation tools and processes

Analytical & Communication Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated capacity to use data for decision-making

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to work across all organizational levels

  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights

Business Acumen

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and revenue models

  • Experience with revenue planning, forecasting, and financial analysis

  • Knowledge of commission structures and compensation planning

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related analytical field

  • Relevant certifications (Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot) highly valued

Industry Knowledge

  • Experience in fintech, alternative lending, or financial services preferred

  • Understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes

  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations in financial services is a plus
