About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Manager, Revenue Intelligence to lead our efforts in maximizing revenue from our subscription business model. This role will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimising monetisation strategies to drive sustainable growth, improve customer lifetime value (LTV), and enhance unit economics. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills, along with excellent command of SQL for hands-on analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Strategy & Optimisation
    • Maximise monetisation potential of the existing subscription model.
    • Build, own, and continuously improve revenue projections and LTV / CAC models.
    • Identify and implement pricing, packaging, and monetisation strategies that drive growth.
  • Funnel & Retention Analytics
    • Deep dive into subscriber acquisition and retention funnels to identify gaps and opportunities.
    • Conduct hands-on SQL-based analysis to track subscriber cohorts, funnel conversion, churn, and LTV drivers.
    • Partner with Product and Marketing to test hypotheses and implement strategies for funnel optimisation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to align monetisation strategies with customer insights and product roadmap.
    • Partner with Finance to ensure revenue forecasts, growth models, and reporting are accurate and actionable.
  • Leadership & Execution
    • Lead initiatives to improve monetisation KPIs and ensure scalability of growth strategies.
    • Stay updated with market trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging subscription models to keep the business ahead of the curve.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in monetisation, growth, strategy consulting, or subscription-based business roles.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving LTV / CAC ratios in a high-growth consumer or SaaS environment.
  • Strong expertise in funnel analysis, retention strategies, and unit economics.
  • Advanced SQL skills with the ability to independently query large datasets and derive actionable insights (experience with Excel/Tableau/BI tools is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in pricing, packaging, or subscription monetisation.
