This is a rare opportunity to help create something new at McCain. As part of our ambitious growth agenda, we're establishing a dedicated Commercial Growth function - placing this role at the heart of how we drive smarter, more profitable growth for the future.
As Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), you'll shape the thinking, capability and ways of working that will define RGM at McCain. Working across Retail, Foodservice and QSR, you'll influence the biggest commercial decisions we make - using data, insight and collaboration to unlock sustainable growth for one of the world's most trusted food brands.
What you'll be doing
  • Set the direction for pricing and promotional strategy across McCain, balancing growth, competitiveness and margin
  • Bring deep market and competitor insight to pricing, pack architecture and portfolio decisions
  • Turn customer, consumer and market data into clear commercial choices that accelerate growth
  • Shape how we invest trade spend, optimise assortment and unlock value across channels
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance and Category - challenging, influencing and aligning around shared goals
  • Lead performance reviews, translating complex data into clear insight on revenue, margin and ROI
  • Build RGM capability across the business, equipping teams with tools, frameworks and confidence

What you'll need to be successful.
  • Significant experience in pricing, analytics, strategy, finance or commercial sales roles, with strong exposure to RGM - in a retail or branded FMCG business
  • Deep expertise in data analysis, modelling and translating insight into commercial decisions
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across a complex, matrix organisation
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally, both locally and globally

You'll be part of the wider Commercial function, sitting at the heart of decision-making across Retail, Foodservice and QSR. The RGM team acts as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance and Category, providing insight, challenge and direction to drive profitable growth. This role is central to embedding best-in-class RGM capability across the business and elevating how we use data to make smarter commercial decisions.
