Job Description:
As part of Ipsen's Value & Access function, the Senior Manager, Revenue Analytics will be a member of the V&A Data, Strategy and Operations team.
This role is responsible for providing actionable business analytics and insights to multiples business units, integrating Net Sales insights across the GPO, Institutional and Payer customer landscapes. This role will support the day-to-day analytics and related needs of the Strategic Pricing & Contracts, Payer and Corporate Accounts teams, as well as closely align with the Gross-to-Net Finance team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Strategic Pricing & Contracting, Finance (GTN & Government Pricing), Customer Account teams) to develop analytical contracting models and deliver impactful business insights to enable better decision-making
- Develop analytics and insights to measure and inform strategic contracting decisions
- Collaborate with other Analytics team members and GTN Finance team to share insights across all customer channels to inform Gross-to-Net revenue impacts
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance of Payer/Provider customer contracts
- Manage, generate, interpret, and communicate analytics related to the impact of Value & access stakeholders – including GPOs, Clinics, IDNs, and Payers
- Utilize analytics generated from IQVIA/Symphonie/Komodo and Patient Services data
- Support Payer Access team by assessing impact to business due to formulary changes
- Ensure successful contract data integration for new products and/or acquisitions
- Perform impact analysis related to V&A market dynamics to support forecasting cycles.
Key Technical Competencies:
- Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical and managed care industry including market dynamics, competitive landscape of formulary coverage, market share and profitability
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with polished written and verbal communication skills, good listening skills and an ability to present complex and detailed information in an easy-to-understand manner
- Proven ability in effectively influence others, without formal authority, based on analytical evidence
- Outstanding partnering skills, has exceptionally strong and highly effective working relationships with internal and external partners/stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service commitment, and detail orientation with the ability to work across the organization and external subject matter experts
- Be self-motivated, requiring minimal supervision, and able to contribute as a team player
- Ability to multitask, shift gears and pivot when necessary, and be comfortable working under constant deadlines
- Previous experience of working in a global business with matrix management
- PC literacy required: MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to work in a hybrid work arrangement including in-office and remote based working from our Cambridge, MA office three days per week on average
Knowledge & Experience:
- 8+ years of biopharma industry experience with a bachelor’s degree, and 6+ with a master’s degree
- Strategic Pricing, Payer/Provider Contracting and/or GTN analytics experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Progressive business experience in either: Finance, Payer Account Management, Government Pricing, Contracting Analytics, or other related area
- Demonstrated ability to manage large data sets, work advanced spreadsheet functions, and collaborate with analytics vendors to deliver insightful and actionable information.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate changes and needs in the industry through interpretation of trends and data.
- Solid understanding of customer relations, contract negotiations, contract development
- Knowledge of pharma and managed markets data sources (including 867, 852, EX-Factory, IQVIA DDD, IQVIA patient claims, Symphony Health, IntegriChain, Chargebacks, MMIT, DRG Managed Markets)
- Fluent in English is required
The annual base salary range for this position is $127,500 to $170,000

The pay range displayed above is the range of base pay compensation within which Ipsen expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting.
