Senior Manager Restructuring
Kroll Restructuring professionals serve as a financial advisor to companies, financial sponsors, lenders, creditors and other interested parties in distressed situations across virtually every industry and every situation.
We are looking for a Senior Manager join our Restructuring team.
As a Senior Manager, you will take full responsibility for a portfolio of cases, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and profitability. You’ll provide strategic guidance on case progression, manage budgets, and mentor your team to deliver excellent outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage larger and more complex appointments and manage a sizable portfolio of cases
- Management and direction of junior staff members
- Be able to work on several different assignments effectively at one time;
- Ensure deadlines met and case progression can be demonstrated across own portfolio;
- Assume responsibility for, build and maintain key stakeholder relations and liaise with clients, clients’ employees, agents and solicitors as necessary, including site visits;
- Assist the Managing Directors and Directors in ensuring that stakeholder needs are met
- Provide supervision of/delegate work to junior staff and assist juniors with queries;
- Provide guidance, motivation, mentoring and assistance to junior members of the team, assisting them with their training and progression in Kroll and undertake appraisals and other actions as required;
- Conduct regular case reviews and support complex investigations
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to work well under pressure, deal with ambiguity and manage conflict / challenging situations;
- Experience managing and delegating work
- Strong understanding of related legislation
- Strong team player;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases at once
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Strong academic track record.
