This role provides advisory leadership, policy interpretation, and oversight for AI and advanced analytics use cases across HR, ensuring alignment with local, regional, and global privacy, legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. This is a highly collaborative role that partners closely with Privacy, Legal, Data Governance, and enterprise councils to translate evolving requirements into practical guidance for teams building and operating AI solutions. This role operates as a trusted advisory to data science and product teams, helping them navigate responsible AI considerations through the lifecycle of AI use cases – from early design through deployment and ongoing operation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary Responsible AI liaison between HR Data & Intelligence and enterprise partners including Privacy, Legal, Data Governance, Risk, and AI councils.
  • Stay current on emerging AI‑related regulations, policies, and industry standards, assessing implications for existing and planned HR AI and analytics use cases.
  • Advise data science, decision products, and HR product teams on responsible AI design and use‑case decisions, including fairness, transparency, explain-ability, data usage, and human oversight.
  • Develop and maintain Responsible AI standards, guidance, and assessment frameworks tailored to HR use cases, in alignment with enterprise policies • Lead Responsible AI reviews and impact assessments for active and proposed AI use cases, including reassessments when regulations, policies, or risk thresholds change.
  • Support enforcement of Responsible AI standards by identifying gaps, risks, or remediation needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Law, Public Policy, Ethics, Information Systems, or related discipline).
  • 10+ years of experience working at the intersection of AI/analytics, policy, risk, privacy, or regulatory compliance. Ideally with experience working with Responsible AI, AI ethics, or AI risk frameworks in industry or large enterprises.
  • Demonstrated experience advising teams on ethical, legal, or responsible use of data and AI, ideally in a complex enterprise environment; Experience partnering closely with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, or Risk organizations.
  • Strong understanding of AI and advanced analytics concepts, sufficient to assess use cases, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Proven ability to interpret evolving policies or regulations and translate them into clear, actionable guidance for technical and non‑technical teams.
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations and AI‑adjacent regulatory environments (e.g., GDPR, emerging AI‑specific regulations).
  • Exposure to AI use cases in HR, people analytics, or employee‑facing systems.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Comfort operating as a single‑threaded expert role, balancing advisory leadership with practical delivery realities.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

Kč1,641,000.00 - Kč2,830,150.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
