Job Description

·     Minimum of 10 years of experience in Real-World Evidence (RWE), healthcare analytics, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering analytical solutions for the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

·     Strong hands-on experience in real-world data (RWD) sources, including medical claims, pharmacy claims, electronic health records (EHRs), chart review data, disease registries, healthcare surveys, clinical trial data, and other healthcare databases. Experience working with multiple data sources and integrating them for evidence generation is highly desirable.

·     Minimum qualification of Master's in either Biostatistics/Data Science/Epidemiology/ Computer Science/Mathematics, or another relevant quantitative discipline.

·     Good understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare ecosystem, including drug development, market access, medical affairs, epidemiology, or health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), is preferred.

·     Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong presentation, stakeholder management, project management, and interpersonal skills are essential.

·     Proven ability to independently lead and execute multiple projects with minimal supervision while ensuring high-quality deliverables, adherence to timelines, and effective risk management.

·     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and communicate actionable insights.

·     Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, with the ability and willingness to adopt new methodologies, technologies, analytical tools, and industry best practices.

·     Supporting mentoring junior team members, contributing to process improvements, and supporting business development initiatives will be an added advantage.

·     Relevant Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience within the overall professional experience in Real-World Evidence (RWE), healthcare analytics, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related domain.

·     Scientific Publications: Experience as an author or co-author of peer-reviewed publications, conference abstracts, posters, or presentations is highly desirable. Demonstrated contributions to scientific dissemination and evidence generation will be considered an advantage.

·     Programming Skills: Strong hands-on programming expertise is required. Proficiency in SAS, R, Python, and SQL is essential, with the ability to write efficient, reproducible, and well-documented code for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and reporting.

·     Technical Reporting & Client Communication: Demonstrated experience in preparing high-quality RWE technical reports, statistical analysis reports, study documentation, client presentations, and executive summaries. Ability to effectively communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential.

·     Data Analysis & Visualization: Experience in analyzing large healthcare datasets and presenting insights using appropriate statistical methods, visualizations, and reporting tools is preferred.

·     Quality & Compliance: Familiarity with industry’s best practices for documentation, quality control, reproducible research, and adherence to applicable regulatory and client standards is desirable.

  • Experience preparing high-quality RWE technical reports, statistical analysis reports, study documentation, client presentations, and executive summaries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and project management skills
  • Proven ability to independently lead and execute multiple projects with minimal supervision and manage timelines/risks
  • Authorship or co-authorship of peer-reviewed publications, abstracts, posters, or conference presentations
  • Experience analyzing large healthcare datasets and presenting insights using statistical methods, visualizations, and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with documentation best practices, quality control, reproducible research, and regulatory/client standards
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and adoption of new methodologies and technologies
