The Senior Manager role oversees and supports Areas in weekly flow execution while driving new processes and rollouts on regional level.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Area/QSC teams to plan and execute the Regional flow plan, identify and help solving structural challenges hindering “moved as booked” KPI adherence.
  • Monitor target stock levels for all surplus and deficit locations and engage with Areas to overcome performance challenges.
  • Support Area Container Flow Execution teams in supplying EQ to cover forecasted bookings.
  • Proactively engage with Regional and Area stakeholders to find effective solutions to anticipated challenges.
  • Analyse booking forecasts, imbalances, and operational constraints to optimize flows and stock levels in close cooperation with Regional Container Flow Planning & Steering and Area/QSC Flow Execution teams.
  • Review & optimize local processes and exceptions to global processes.
  • Drive systematic improvements needed to improve DAP input parameters (with Regional System Steering).
  • Monitor and drive S&D cost reductions related to transport & depot handling (with Regional S&D Analyst).
  • Champion IoT use cases, automation and Street-Turns in Areas/QSCs for the region.
  • Oversee and support areas with vendor management, truckers and depots
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, trucking or equipment management.
  • Experience in Regional operations and equipment steering.
  • Good understanding of both commercial and operational drivers in logistics.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional alignment .
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

Skills Required
