Job Purpose:
- The Senior Manager, R&D Continuous Improvement at TULKOFF FOOD PRODUCTS LLC is responsible for leading and managing the continuous improvement initiatives within the Research and Development department. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and innovation.

- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in research and development, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements that enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
