A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Manager Quality and Governance to General Manager Field Safety, Quality & Work Practices.
A bit about your role
As the Senior Manager, Quality and Governance, you will lead the ownership and continuous evolution of governance frameworks and management systems that underpin quality, consistency, and operational excellence across Field Services. You will ensure policies, standards, and controls are thoughtfully designed, aligned to enterprise and regulatory expectations, and embedded in a way that is practical and scalable.
You will bring structure and clarity to complex environments by overseeing assurance activities, monitoring compliance, and guiding the organisation in responding to emerging risks and shifting priorities. Through insightful performance reporting and trend analysis, you will create visibility of system effectiveness and help shape improvement initiatives that enhance both quality and operational outcomes.
Working closely with Field Services leaders and cross-functional partners, you will foster consistency in how governance is applied, supporting teams to operate with confidence and alignment. Your leadership will help embed a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and disciplined execution across the business.

You are a thoughtful and experienced leader with deep expertise in governance, quality management systems, and risk within complex operational environments. You bring a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and have a proven ability to design, implement, and uplift governance structures in ways that are both effective and practical.
With your collaborative and inclusive approach, you build trusted relationships across all levels, creating alignment and clarity in how frameworks and processes are applied. You communicate with confidence and care, helping others navigate complexity while staying focused on outcomes that matter most.
You are naturally curious and improvement-focused, with the ability to connect strategy to execution in a meaningful way. Your considered, people-centred approach ensures you deliver sustainable improvements that strengthen quality, performance, and consistency across nbn’s Field Services.

- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management collaborating across senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
