We are looking for a Senior Manager - Publisher Sales to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, with a core focus on driving growth across publisher partnerships.
- Identify, approach, and onboard high-potential publishers to expand our network.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting of deal closures and booked revenue.
- Lead client presentations, foster strong relationships, and manage end-to-end contract negotiations.
- Drive continuous improvement by developing scalable processes and long-term strategic initiatives.
- Strengthen and grow existing publisher relationships while exploring new partnership opportunities.
- Provide leadership and direction to the Business Development team, ensuring optimal work allocation and accountability.
Requirements:
- 5 - 8 years of experience in publisher development, with a proven track record of driving revenue and closing partnerships.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, SSPs, and publisher monetization models.
- Experience in leading or mentoring a team, while also owning individual sales targets and pipelines.
- Excellent skills in relationship management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
