What You’ll Do
As a Senior Manager, you’ll provide leadership across tax, audit, and accounting engagements while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and mentor to staff.
In This Role, You Will:
Lead and review complex tax, audit, and accounting engagements
Build strong client relationships and provide strategic business guidance
Mentor and develop high-performing accounting professionals
Drive operational improvements and support firm growth initiatives
Ensure compliance with tax laws, auditing standards, and professional best practices
What We’re Looking For
CPA required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
8+ years of progressive public accounting experience
Strong leadership, client management, and technical accounting skills
Experience managing engagements and developing teams
Experience with QuickBooks, UltraTax, and AdvanceFlow preferred

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification
- Minimum 8 years of progressive public accounting experience
- Proven experience supervising and developing professional staff
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations, accounting principles, and auditing standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, UltraTax, and AdvanceFlow preferred
