The Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

Senior Project Manager:

The Project Manager is responsible for coordination and managing the project and construction management team, including contractors, consultants, and supply and install vendors, by ensuring specific tasks and responsibilities are being undertaken, monitoring progress, and developing solutions to resolve identified issues to mitigate risk.

Specific responsibilities: A Project Manager who understands the Keppel mission and project objectives and can explain to Keppel and all stakeholders, with evidence, what can be carried out, what needs to be modified, what conditions are attached when undertaking projects in Japan.

The Project Manager should be able to understand the difference in cultures and business practices that are behind each statement from Keppel, general contractors, JV partners, etc. and explain the gap to each party.
