* Job Summary
* As part of CDW's Integrated Technology Solutions (ITS) organization, the Senior Manager Project Manager Office is a thought leader within CDW and is pivotal in shaping and executing the services vision and strategy across diverse service areas. The role is central to overseeing a dynamic portfolio encompassing multiple technologies, driving financial and operational excellence while fostering a culture of coworker development and client-centricity. The Senior Manager PMO is a liaison between the sales, solutions, and services teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration to achieve organizational objectives. The Senior Manager PMO applies the necessary professional breadth and depth to drive successful CDW offerings and raises the overall capabilities of PMO Leadership and the PMO Community. The Senior Manager PMO is responsible for leadership in driving towards finance, operations, growth, scale, coworker performance management, and internal/external client quarterly and yearly targets. They provide leadership and support to sales, PMO Leadership, and the PMO Community, with a focus on the following directives:

* Key Responsibilities:
* Spearheads the development and execution of CDW's services vision and strategy, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals. They are key liaisons between sales, solutions, and services teams, fostering robust collaboration and coherence to achieve shared objectives.
* Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness within the PMO, optimizing processes and resource allocation to deliver superior results. Set and maintain a focus on financial management and growth, continuously seeking opportunities for scale and improvement. Implement measures to mitigate risks and capitalize on growth opportunities.
* Champion a culture of continuous learning and development within the PMO and across the organization. Provide mentorship and guidance to PMO leadership and the broader PMO community to elevate their capabilities and drive excellence.
* Set the direction and tone of the PMO within the region to ensure a high-quality customer experience, ultimately driving world-class Net Promoter Scores (NPS). Monitor, measure, and achieve customer satisfaction targets, fostering repeat business from satisfied CDW customers. Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
* Serve as a business, sales, and solutions thought leader within CDW and the broader industry. Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in service delivery. Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain CDW's competitive edge. Coworker Responsibilities:
* Directly manage PMO Managers responsible for leading technology/service area-focused and functional Project and Program Managers, providing guidance, support, and strategic direction.
* Drive the professional and technical development of the management team and coworkers through coaching, training, and mentorship programs, focusing on driving profitable business growth.
* Ensure PMO Managers foster teams with the requisite technical and interpersonal skills to effectively meet current and future customer demands.
* Deliver constructive performance feedback and coaching to cultivate individual and team growth. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
* Attract, recruit, and retain top-tier Project and Program Coworkers, positioning CDW as an employer of choice within the industry. Monitor and promptly address coworker satisfaction and loyalty issues, ensuring a positive and engaging work environment conducive to high performance and retention.
* Manage coworker budgets effectively to optimize resource allocation, drive customer loyalty and business growth, and maximize profitability.
* Develop and groom managers and coworkers for future leadership roles, identifying and nurturing talent to ensure a pipeline of capable leaders within the organization. Operations Responsibilities:
* Ensure adherence to standardized Project and Program Management methodologies across the team, maintaining alignment with CDW's established standards of excellence and best practices.
* Provide strategic leadership and effective management to designated teams, guiding them toward achieving financial, operational, customer satisfaction, and coworker development targets.
* Champion and drive strategic initiatives and goals the CDW leadership team sets forth, both directly and through your management teams. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of critical initiatives.
* Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with Project and Program Management entities, including renowned organizations like the Project Management Institute (PMI), fostering collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and mutually beneficial initiatives.
* What we expect of you:
* Bachelor's degree and twelve-year minimum project and program management experience, OR 16 years total project and program management experience
* Seven years relevant experience within a services organization, consulting management and/or sales management experience. Includes directing managers and engineer staff of various levels of experience in multiple locations
* Previous consulting management and/or sales management experience Must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders and various cross functional teams as well as customers
* Effective formal/informal presentation skills
* Ability to lead and manage to ensure attainment of critical results
* Critical decision-making skills and the ability to apply previous experience to the current role
* Experience managing business partnerships
* Applicant should demonstrate solid attention to detain and a penchant for accuracy
* Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines
* Management of profit / loss for a division/team. Ability to understand and analyze financial statements
* Understanding of internetworking, system and application technology
* Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% or as needed to other CDW locations, meetings and client sites
* Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information.
* Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology.
* Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize.
* Ability to apply common sense in performing job.
* Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines.
* Master's degree is preferred
