- Project Financial Modeling: Representing current and future financing strategies.
- Financial Structuring: Developing tailored financing solutions for specific commercial real estate partners.
- Financial Partner Origination: Sourcing and managing tax equity relationships including originating new tax equity vehicles with our customers and partners.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related (or its equivalent) field plus 5 years of experience. Alternatively, a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Sustainability Management, or related (or its equivalent) field plus 3 years of experience is required.
- Additionally, position requires 5 years (or 3 with a Master's) of experience with the following: modeling, negotiating, and closing complex financial agreements; advanced modeling approaches and technologies; working on multiple high-value projects; translating new financial models into replicable model structures; project finance execution.
Telecommuting is permitted.
