As Senior Manager, Product Quality & Safety, you will play a critical role in protecting our customers and our brand. You will lead quality assurance and product safety programs across multiple categories, partnering cross-functionally to ensure products meet regulatory requirements, company standards, and customer expectations. This is a highly visible leadership role with meaningful influence across the product lifecycle.
What you will be doing:
• Lead the design, implementation, and governance of product quality and safety programs across assigned product categories
• Establish and oversee product testing protocols, inspection processes, and risk assessments aligned to regulatory standards
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues, safety incidents, and recalls
• Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Product Engineering, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Legal
• Develop quality and safety KPIs and present insights to senior leadership
• Manage vendor performance and ongoing compliance
• Lead or support product recall situations

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
