The Role

The Senior Product Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving clarity, efficiency, and execution across the product organization. Acting as the operational bridge between strategy and delivery, this role ensures that initiatives move seamlessly from concept to launch. You will coordinate across Product, Engineering, Brand, Growth, Finance and other teams to maintain alignment, momentum, and accountability.

This is a high-impact position for someone who is assertive, structured, and thrives on making progress happen. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, natural problem-solver and communicator who can manage complex projects, remove roadblocks, and enable teams to deliver at consistently high standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the coordination and execution of cross-functional product initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Establish and manage operational cadences such as product roadmap reviews, stand-ups, retrospectives, and performance dashboards.
• Identify and proactively resolve dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams.
• Develop and maintain standardized documentation, reporting, and governance processes that promote consistency and transparency.
• Drive structured problem-solving to unblock delivery challenges, facilitate decision-making, and maintain momentum on key priorities.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate strategy into executable plans with clear ownership and measurable results.
• Support data-driven decision-making by ensuring metrics and performance tracking are reliable and visible.
• Implement clear tracking and follow-up processes to ensure commitments are met, actions are completed, and deliverables stay on schedule.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance delivery speed, quality, and scalability.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in product operations.
• 3+ years in aprogram/project management, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Experience in technology, fintech, or crypto environments is required.
• Proven success managing multiple initiatives and negotiating with stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proven success driving accountability, resolving complex problems, and managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ownership mindset, proactive, accountable, and execution-oriented.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Proficiency with project and product tools particularly Jira.
