The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the supply chain industry, customer needs, and market trends.
What a day in the life looks like:
- Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop and refine compelling product positioning and messaging to differentiate Körber Supply Chain Software’s solutions in the market.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and enhancements, ensuring successful adoption and revenue generation.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Product Launch: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, including the development of launch materials, sales enablement, and customer communications.
- Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary product knowledge, tools, and resources to effectively sell and position Körber Supply Chain Software solutions.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitive activities and develop strategies to differentiate Körber Supply Chain Software offerings.
- Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify product improvement opportunities and inform product roadmap development.
- Product Portfolio Management: Contribute to the development and management of the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B, specifically software/SaaS
- Strong understanding of supply chain execution principles and challenges
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience with supply chain software solutions
- Knowledge of digital marketing and content marketing best practices

Salary range 120K – 135K*
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
