Senior Manager Product Marketing
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Manager Product Marketing-Software & Advisory will lead our team of talented managers in driving strategic marketing initiatives and generating demand for our products. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and accelerate revenue growth for multiple UL product and services offerings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of Product Marketing and Demand Generation Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to target audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, events, and more.
- Drive the development of marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, and other assets to support the sales team and facilitate lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.
- Represent the marketing function in leadership meetings, providing updates, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Generally 10 years or more of related discipline experience or demonstrated competency, including three years or more of relevant management/leadership experience or demonstrated competency
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing tools and technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements
