Job Title
Amadeus AirOps business line delivers solutions to all organizations across the airport ecosystem (airports, airlines, ground handlers, border control, etc.).
You will contribute to design and definition of the full business/product value proposition, which could include content management, pricing, customer experience & insights, go-to market, as well as messaging and benefits of the segment product and solutions for internal promotion as well as external promotion to support each release.
Common accountabilities:
Guides large teams or other managers; is responsible for the outcomes and results of multiple related units.
Develops departmental plans, coordinates allocation of resources, and supports policy formation in area of responsibility. Anticipates business issues and challenges for the department to address complex problems that may impact the division or function.
Works independently and collaboratively, with guidance as needed, in a dynamic environment, following the overall department strategy.
Specific accountabilities:
Product/Business Marketing:
Collaborate to understand customers’ business and challenges, and develop the business/product value proposition.
Guide the development of the overall business/product marketing strategy, including key positioning with content, messages, tools, and channels.
Understand market dynamics, including industry trends, traveler trends, and the competitive landscape.
Oversee product profitability and coordinate resources throughout the product lifecycle. Design and implement pricing strategies to support business goals.
Work with the team to develop a marketing plan, including marketing and communications actions.
Carry out the yearly marketing plan.
Define key metrics for business/product plans and assess marketing performance and customer experience.
Identify opportunities for new or enhanced products by reviewing market, competitor, and customer information, and knowledge of Amadeus’ potential offering that will meet customer needs.
Coordinate elements for product launch, including information materials, training, support, marketing communications, positioning, pricing, and sales activities.
