The Senior Manager, Product Management owns the day-to-day execution of Staples’ Amazon storefront—bringing strategy to life across pricing, listings, advertising, orders, and inventory. This role partners cross-functionally to drive revenue growth, improve customer experience, and scale marketplace operations.
What you will be doing:
- Own the end-to-end Amazon storefront across pricing, listings, advertising, orders, and inventory
- Partner with Marketplace Business owners to align priorities and execution against growth targets
- Translate pricing and advertising strategies into storefront execution
- Own catalog and listing health including optimization and compliance
- Oversee order management and fulfillment performance
- Drive inventory planning and availability
- Build leadership reporting and performance dashboards
- Define KPIs and operating rhythms to drive actions
- Identify automation and AI opportunities
- Partner with engineering to build scalable tools

- Master’s degree (MBA preferred)
- Marketplace business ownership experience
- Familiarity with Amazon tools and APIs
- Automation/AI workflow experience
- System integration experience

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
