Your Impact

We are looking for a self-driven Senior Manager of Product Management for our flagship Ediscovery offering. You will set prioritization, manage roadmaps, and execute on both strategic and tactical initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that drive key outcomes for DISCO and for our customers. You will supervise 3–4 product managers and provide detailed direction on their areas of ownership while also directly driving a docket of your own initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Product Development: Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to oversee the successful execution of product development efforts. Ensure products are delivered with high velocity and high quality. 
  • Product Leadership: Go deep into the details so that we can build world-class products that our users love. Align the product strategy and decisions with the company’s business goals. Provide clear guidance to leadership and the broader product management team on product roadmaps and priorities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coach a team of product managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Attract and retain top talent.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities and understand customer needs. Combine product instincts and data-driven insights to inform priorities and decision making.
  • Ownership and Agency: Takes ownership and responsibility for outcomes. Bias to action, ready to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of product management experience with software products.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing a team of high-performing product managers, fostering growth and delivering results through leadership.
  • Proven track record of successfully conceiving, building, and launching and managing complex products in enterprise-level B2B or B2C products.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Able to handle uncertainty. You like taking ownership and getting things done. You’re a driver rather than a passenger.
  • Deep understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to discuss strategy and long-term vision with executives and also dive into the details.  
  • Project management and organizational skills.
