The Role

We are looking for a curious, collaborative, and digitally savvy Business Analyst to help shape the next generation of Fidelity’s wealth planning experiences. In this role, you will support the development of customer-centric solutions that enhance how clients engage with our Wealth Management offerings. In this role, you will:

  • Collect and analyze information across a diverse set of individuals and teams, clearly articulating the full story across multiple workstreams.
  • Enable work across a broad group of partners to ensure experiences delivered are cohesive within overall wealth planning.
  • Develop business analysis expertise and experience opportunities for leadership growth with the Wealth Organization.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of work experience including 4+ years of financial services experience.
  • MBA, FINRA licenses or related designations a plus
  • Solid understanding of investment products, including managed accounts, the financial planning process and advisory solutions.
  • Proven experience analyzing complex customer and business requirements; anticipating operational risks, regulatory considerations and user experience challenges.
  • Ability to work independently to assimilate new information, form conclusions and clearly communicate ideas and solutions.
  • Experience gathering and documenting detailed business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional partners including product, design and development teams.
  • Ability to define and support end-to-end testing and validation approaches to ensure high-quality customer and business outcomes.
  • Adept at facilitating discussions with key business partners, ensuring productive dialogue, and influencing critical decisions.
The Team

The Wealth Implementation and Experiences Product Area, within the Wealth Solutions Domain, supports a suite of Wealth applications used by clients as well as planning, service, and operations associates to deliver best in class planning experiences.

The base salary range for this position is $89,000-$180,000 per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
