What You Will Do💡

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap Development: Develop and communicate a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap aligned with the company's business objectives and market trends.
  • Market Analysis and Competitive Research: Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive research to identify market opportunities, trends, and potential threats. Use insights to inform product strategy and prioritize features.
  • Requirements Gathering and Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define product features, and prioritize product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery. Facilitate communication and alignment across teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Product Development and Execution: Drive the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital products. Define and track key product metrics to measure success and iterate on product improvements.
  • User Experience and Design: Champion user-centric design principles and ensure that digital products deliver exceptional user experiences. Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Product Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive product enhancements.

Requirements
What Are We Looking For❓
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • +5 years of experience in digital product management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering consumer-facing digital products.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies, product management best practices, and software development processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset and a drive for excellence.
