About the role:
As our Senior Manager Procurement Strategy & Transformation, you'll serve as the strategic right hand to our Executive Director Procurement, driving the execution of our strategic agenda across countries. You'll lead high-priority initiatives, prepare executive decision-making materials, coordinate cross-functional programs, and ensure alignment across teams and markets. By combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you'll help shape a high-performing, future-ready procurement organization.
Job DescriptionAbout your tasks:
- Drive the continuous improvement and standardization of strategic procurement processes, governance, and best practices.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with teams across Procurement, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Commercial, Operations, Controlling, and BI to optimize ways of working.
- Harmonize procurement processes, KPIs, reporting, and governance across countries to enable scalable and consistent operations.
- Manage strategic procurement, transformation, and continuous improvement projects from concept to implementation.
- Support the development and execution of our Procurement roadmap and key strategic initiatives.
- Prepare business cases, presentations, and decision-making materials for executive stakeholders.
About you:
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- You bring 2-4 years of experience in Strategic Procurement, Procurement Excellence, Procurement Transformation, Supply Chain, or a similar role.
- You have experience in an international, fast-paced environment - ideally within Retail, E-Commerce, or Healthcare. A background in management consulting with a focus on Procurement or Operations is highly preferred.
- You combine strong analytical and conceptual thinking with excellent project management and organizational skills.
- You are a proactive, hands-on professional who enjoys driving change, building scalable structures, and collaborating with stakeholders across functions and countries.
- You are confident using Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI, ERP, or Procurement systems is a clear advantage.
- You communicate fluently in both German and English.

Skills Required
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Economics, or related field
