About the Role
We are seeking a highly technical and business-savvy leader to join our team and drive the development of machine learning products that deliver measurable business impact.

This role requires someone who can both build from scratch and lead strategically, working directly with senior stakeholders to translate ideas into production-ready solutions that generate ROI.
You will partner closely with VPs and business drivers, leading initiatives that connect people, process, and technology.

This is a hands-on role for a senior-level contributor who thrives in enterprise environments and has a proven track record of shipping impactful data science projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy machine learning products that deliver tangible business value (revenue growth, cost savings).
  
• Lead stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, define scope, and align on deliverables.
  
• Design and implement data pipelines, dashboards, and visualization tools.
  
• Collaborate across teams to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise goals.
  
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior leadership, bridging technical depth with business strategy.
  

Must-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
  
• Expertise in data visualization (PowerBI or Tableau)
  
• Experience building ML products end-to-end, from concept to production
  
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to executive stakeholders
  
• Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI through data science initiatives
  

Nice-to-Have Accelerators

• Background in supply chain management or automotive industry
  
• Experience with the Microsoft stack (Fabric implementations)
  
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, Claude, Copilot
  
• Prior work in enterprise-level environments with complex data ecosystems
