Job Details
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support to Commercial Teams:
o Partner with the commercial team, across markets, to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions
and proposals.
o Assist in the creation of collateral, including presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Commercialization of offers:
o Coordinate with different stakeholders and internal teams for the required support in developing commercial offer &
capabilities’ documents.
o Ensure the client servicing leads, across markets are adequately knowledgeable about the latest offers and capabilities
offered by the COE.
o Take an active role in creating value proposition, product/service positioning and change management challenges
associated with any active conversation.
• Operations support:
o Engage with market client servicing teams in clearly articulating the statement of works (SOWs) for the engagement.
o Aid the delivery team to understand the context of the situation and any other clarifications they may require while
delivering the solution.
• Marketing support
o Work with marketing in creating various collaterals including case studies, brochures, whitepapers etc.
o A sharp eye to build sophisticated PowerPoint presentations with the ability to represent various concepts and ideas
visually.
o Excellent content development and content curation skills
o Experience of working with European and US clients would be highly valued.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALITIES
• Prior experience in marketing analytics, project delivery (consulting/ analytics) and team management is a must-have - key areas of focus - Market Mix Modelling, Search and Social Analytics, Data Engineering, CRM Analytics.
• Excellent marketing domain knowledge understanding, particularly in the consumer goods domain
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strong Project Management and Communication skills.
• Working knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Microsoft PowerPoint skills are essential.
• Prior experience in business development and or a pre-sales role would be appreciated but not essential.
• Have a consulting orientation; gather different perspectives, examples and use them to enrich day-to-day work.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 7+ years of Marketing Analytics, Consulting, B2B sales experience
• Master's degree in business administration is a must. Preferably from a good business school with Marketing as one of the
focus areas
