About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to head Training Quality Excellence and Digitization. This role provides strategic oversight across recruitment systems, learning technologies, and digital transformation initiatives to enable agency growth and talent development.
The incumbent will lead multiple workstreams, including recruitment platform management, AI-enabled learning solutions, learning management system (LMS) enhancements, and data-driven reporting. The role requires strong project governance, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, executive-ready presentations and reports.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Governance

  • Define the vision and roadmap for recruitment and learning technology that aligns with the organisation’s strategy and business goals.
  • Champion digital transformation initiatives that drive efficiency, scalability and a superior user experience.
  • Provide governance across multiple projects to ensure coherence, alignment and compliance with regulations and company policies.

Project Management & Implementation

  • Lead end‑to‑end implementation of system enhancements and new solutions (e.g., AIA Recruiter, Career Presenter, Elite Dashboard, iLearn+, AI Roleplay) from requirements gathering through deployment, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Develop project plans, identify dependencies, manage risks, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure readiness for production.
  • Oversee process automation initiatives and system integration between learning platforms, recruitment systems and enterprise applications to improve turnaround time and reduce manual work.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team responsible for recruitment systems, learning technology, reporting and analytics.
  • Provide clear direction, set goals and performance standards, and build team capability through coaching and training.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative culture that encourages continuous improvement.

System Management & Enhancement

  • Oversee ongoing maintenance and enhancement of recruitment systems (AIA Recruiter, Career Presenter, Elite Dashboard) and learning platforms (iLearn+ LMS, AI Roleplay, personalised learning tools).
  • Ensure systems are reliable, compliant and scalable, and that they support recruitment, licensing, compliance and training requirements.
  • Manage vendors and external partners, negotiating contracts and service levels to deliver value and high‑quality solutions.

Reporting, Analytics & Insights

  • Direct the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports covering recruitment metrics, licensing, adoption, training completion and learner progress.
  • Analyse performance data to generate insights and recommendations for management and to support business decisions.
  • Monitor system adoption and user experience, providing regular updates and improvement plans.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, learning and development teams, compliance, and external vendors.
  • Communicate project status, risks and benefits to senior management and stakeholders; manage expectations and ensure alignment.
  • Support regulatory reviews and audits; manage fund utilisation tracking and reporting (e.g., BSC SIC fund).

Adoption & Change Management

  • Drive adoption of new systems and features through training, communication, and personalised learning journeys.
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to refine solutions and improve user experience.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and high engagement.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure that all systems, data and processes comply with industry regulations, company policies and data privacy requirements.
  • Coordinate audits, prepare documentation and address any issues identified.

Documentation & Communication

  • Produce clear documentation, user guides, standard operating procedures and presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and written reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Learning Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 10 years’ experience managing technology projects, learning systems or recruitment systems, with 5 years in a leadership/ people management role.
  • Demonstrated success delivering digital transformation initiatives, system implementations and platform enhancements.
  • Experience with AI‑enabled learning solutions, LMS administration (e.g., iLearn+), and integration of systems and data sources.
  • Proven track record of vendor management, budget control and fund utilisation tracking.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements in financial services or insurance industries is an advantage.
  • Experience leading digital transformation programs in the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes, licensing requirements and learning analytics.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks relevant to the industry.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Learning Technology, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 10 years' experience managing technology projects, learning systems or recruitment systems
  • Minimum 5 years' people management / leadership experience
  • Proven success delivering digital transformation initiatives and system implementations
  • Experience with AI-enabled learning solutions and LMS administration (e.g., iLearn+)
