As the Senior Portfolio Manager, you will ensure effective governance of the entire Enterprise project/product portfolio. You will ensure the portfolio is aligned with the business objectives, prioritized, resourced, governed, and the performance analyzed and communicated. You will ensure the cross-functional dependencies between projects and products efforts are connected and coordinated. You will be responsible for presenting and communicating to the Executive Leadership on the status of the enterprise portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the approval, planning, prioritization, development, and implementation of enterprise project and product efforts
- Developing, establishing, and standardized project management methodologies and procedures
- Enabling projects/products to achieve a return on investment and meeting the goals and objectives of the organization
- Developing and maintaining the enterprise project and product governance processes and standards to enable effective portfolio management
- Establishing a comprehensive internal audit program aligned with the required SOX Controls
- Presenting and communicating to Executive Leadership on the status of the enterprise portfolio
Qualifications:
- Degree – Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain required; Masters Degree preferred
- PMP Certification
- Agile Product Owner Certification
- Agile SCRUM Master Certification
- 10 years of experience as a Project Manager
- 5 years of experience as an Agile Product Owner and SCRUM Master preferred
- Process Mapping, Capacity Modeling, Data Analysis
- Ability to travel up to 25%
