SALARY: $104,800 - $124,450, bonus & long-term incentive eligible
LOCATION: This role may be based in Toronto, Canada, or St. Louis, Missouri, with the ability to travel extensively.

ROLE SUMMARY:
As the Senior Manager, of PMO, you will own the S/4 Hana CORE template for the Zone and serves as the primary liaison between the Central Aurora Program and the Local Aurora Program to ensure consistent, scalable adoption of the CORE solution. The Aurora CORE Lead is accountable for ensuring that the Global S/4 CORE template is correctly understood, adopted, and operationalized locally, while minimizing deviations and maintaining alignment with Global Aurora objectives. The role acts as the functional and process integrator across Global, Zone, & Country teams.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead coordination of the system build phase, including reporting development, carve-out activities, and S/4 configuration aligned to the Aurora CORE template.
- Partner with Global Technology, Data, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are translated into system functionality and integrations.
- Serve as the key connector between Global Aurora leadership, Zone PMO, and local Canadian brewery teams to ensure consistent communication and alignment.
- Track program milestones, risks, and dependencies across stakeholders while reinforcing adoption of CORE-aligned processes.

Testing Strategy & Execution:
- Own the planning and coordination of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across functional and technical teams.
- Track testing progress, manage defect resolution, and ensure business validation of processes prior to go-live.
Cutover & Go-Live Readiness:
- Lead development and execution of the cutover strategy and detailed deployment plan, including coordination of data migration rehearsals and go-live readiness checkpoints.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment to ensure a successful system launch.
Hypercare & Stabilizations:
- Monitor post-go-live performance and support the transition from hypercare to steady-state operations.
- Lead hypercare planning and execution following go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve system issues and stabilize operations.

Location & Travel Expectations:
- During the Canada testing and go-live phases, the individual must be willing and able to travel 50–70% across Canada to support testing activities and deployment readiness.
- Following Canada go-live, the role will transition to supporting the U.S. phase of the SAP S/4HANA program, requiring approximately 75% travel to the United States during the second half of the implementation to support U.S. testing and go-live activities.
- Long-term, the role will support U.S. and Global Aurora initiatives, with ongoing travel aligned to program needs.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Must be willing and able to travel extensively across Canada (50–70%) during the implementation phase.
- Proven experience supporting ERP implementations, SAP S/4 HANA programs, or large-scale enterprise system transformations.
- Demonstrated experience leading testing (SIT/UAT), cutover execution, and go-live support within complex programs.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and global program leadership.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and resolve issues in a fast-paced transformation environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Preferred candidate location is St. Louis, Missouri, or Toronto, Canada, with the ability to travel frequently to Canadian brewery sites and, post-Canada go-live, extensively within the United States to support U.S. and Global Aurora deployments.
