Role: Performance Marketing Senior Manager
Reporting to: Media/Activation Lead
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Senior Manager with a focus on platform activation in Social, Search, and Programmatic media. This role is crucial for the execution of aligned media strategies, optimizing campaigns, analyse data and ensuring that our media efforts align with specific objectives. The candidate needs strong technical knowledge of biddable media platforms with strong emphasis on client interaction and communication about tactical plan and performance. The candidate will work closely with internal teams of strategic planers, performance media buying and analytics teams.
Role Responsibilities:
- Work with planning team to develop media plans across Social, Search, and Programmatic platforms, ensuring alignment within the overall global, regional and local strategy.
- Monitor and optimize ongoing campaigns with buying team for maximum performance and efficiency.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
- Collaborate with the analytics and media buying team to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage budgets and timelines for media campaigns across various platforms.
- Translate complex media terminology and concepts into easy-to-understand language for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Social, Search, and Programmatic media.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to refine strategies and tactics.
- Ensure compliance with all platform-specific guidelines and best practices.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective media planning and execution.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in digital planning and execution, particularly in Social, Search, and Programmatic.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience on digital planning & performance marketing
- Technical command of multi-platform search optimization (SEM, SEO, AEO, and GEO).
- Proven track record in tag management system administration and data governance.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in various data and analytics tools (GA4, MMP, CAPI, CRM Integration etc.)
- Hands on experience working on major ad platforms (Google, Meta, Tiktok, DV360), knowledge of non biddable digital platforms is plus.
- A test and learn mindset to drive innovation in work
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Good interpersonal skills to build client and media partner’s relationship
