This role leads HubSpot's global affiliate, AEO/citation, nano/micro creator, and forum-growth ecosystem, driving efficient ARR growth while expanding HubSpot's visibility across emerging discovery channels including AI search, Reddit, nano/micro creators, review platforms, and third-party recommendation ecosystems.

You'll partner closely with Growth, Product, PMM, Brand, and Paid Media leaders to build scalable, experimentation-driven partnership strategies that connect discovery to measurable business outcomes.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for someone excited about defining the future of performance marketing in the AI era.

What You'll Do
  • Lead HubSpot's global Performance Partnerships strategy across affiliate marketing, AI-native discovery, nano/micro creator partnerships, forum growth, and emerging acquisition channels.
  • Scale affiliate and publisher ecosystems that drive efficient customer acquisition and ARR growth across key products and go-to-market motions.
  • Build AI-first partnership strategies that increase HubSpot visibility across LLMs, Reddit, review platforms, nano/micro creator ecosystems, and third-party recommendation surfaces.
  • Design and operationalize experimentation programs across affiliate models, nano/micro creator partnerships, indirect demand measurement, and emerging growth channels.
  • Own partner investment strategy, commission frameworks, attribution models, and portfolio optimization across a multi-million-dollar investment portfolio.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global team spanning affiliate partnerships, optimization, AI visibility initiatives, and forum growth programs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Paid Media, Product, Product Marketing, Brand, Community, Finance, Analytics, and Growth teams to integrate partnership-led discovery into HubSpot's broader go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop reporting frameworks and executive-ready narratives that connect partnership activity to ARR growth, demand generation, and AI visibility outcomes.
  • Identify emerging discovery trends and translate ambiguous market signals into scalable growth opportunities.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making while balancing experimentation, operational rigor, and long-term strategic impact.
What You'll BringRequired Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, growth marketing, performance marketing, or related go-to-market functions.
  • Experience building and scaling affiliate or partner ecosystems tied to measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of modern discovery behaviors, including AI search, Reddit, creators, review platforms, and emerging acquisition channels.
  • Experience managing significant marketing investments and optimizing toward revenue and efficiency metrics.
  • Strong analytical and experimentation mindset with the ability to translate ambiguous signals into scalable growth programs.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Growth, Analytics, and external partners.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and strategic storytelling skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution and experimentation.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing workflows and evolving discovery ecosystems.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience with AEO, SEO, AI visibility, or LLM citation strategies.
  • Experience with creator partnerships, influencer ecosystems, or community-led growth.
  • Familiarity with attribution, incrementality, or indirect demand measurement frameworks.
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS and/or product-led growth environments.
  • Experience scaling emerging acquisition programs from experimentation to operational maturity.

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

Annual Cash Compensation Range:
$163,500$261,600 USD
