Team mission

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Management for our Care Department. Reporting to the Global Director of Care, this role is integral to driving operational performance strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.This role will drive impactful change across the Care ecosystem, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.  You will leverage your expertise in analytics  and workforce management to drive complex projects, manage escalated processes, and contribute to the strategic direction of the department.

Your mission
  • Strategic Leadership: Drive innovation, implementing new solutions or technologies that enhance Care experience and operational efficiency (including automation and AI).
  • Performance Management: Set department KPIs, targets, and milestones. Contribute to broader GetYourGuide KPI target setting and achievement.
  • Empower Care department with necessary operational analytics tools and insights for data driven decision making.
  • Team Leadership: Build effective, talent-dense teams in the disciplines of Workforce management and Operations Analytics, empowering team members through stretch goals and growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Work collaboratively across GetYourGuide departments ( including Financial Planning and Analysis, Data Platforms, and Data Analytics) influencing broader strategies and fostering collaboration to achieve key outcomes.
  • Cultural Leadership: Model our Guiding Principles, promoting a respectful and inclusive work environment  with curiosity,  transforming challenges into opportunities for growth.
Your toolkit
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI). Track record of building operational performance visibility tools, structuring ambiguous data, and driving insights through hypothesis testing.( 5-7 yrs of experience)
  • Proven experience in performance management, strategic leadership, and team building within a fast-paced environment. Workforce management experience a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead transformative innovation and drive win-win collaboration efforts.
  • An understanding of strategies affecting Care and the ability to lead improvement initiatives.
