Building solutions for a better life. The Bosch Building Technologies division is a leading international provider of systems, solutions and services that increase the safety of people, buildings and property and also contribute to greater comfort, energy efficiency and sustainability.

Bosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-divisional functions within the division are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.

  • International and interdisciplinary cooperation: As Senior Manager/Director Performance Management Office, you will be part of the new company to be set up in the future and thus contribute to a globally networked team of around 4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.
  • The Project Leader will work closely with the President of the Business Unit and focus on EBIT and ROI visibility, performance management, marketing sell-off channels, developing manufacturing strategy measures, etc. This leader will conduct long-term planning for the company's market focus and roadmapping, implement solutions and projects to address performance opportunities as well as areas to realize return on investment.
  • You will use business model and value proposition tools to systematically facilitate the assessment of the communications business landscape and support the team in creating a short, medium and long term plan to address the problem.
  • You will organize the overarching project activities across the customer journey and technology structure, prioritizing activities, identifying decision points, project dependencies, etc.
  • You will work with executives, department heads and board members to ensure business objectives are met.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the project team.
  • Act as the interface between the project team and the management teams for reporting, budgeting and scheduling.
  • Creating and encouraging an environment of clear and consistent communication and accountability across the team to meet targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Education: completed university studies in economics, business administration or a comparable subject
  • Experience and Knowledge: many years of professional experience required, plus experience of Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Personality and Working Practice: excellent communication skills, excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills, excellent organizational skills and excellent time management. Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills. The ability to prioritize and delegate tasks completes your profile
  • Work Routine: >30% willingness to travel
  • Languages: business fluent in written and spoken German and English
