The Role

Job Description:

The Performance Consultant is responsible for the overall effectiveness of learning and development services and products for Workplace Investing associates. This individual will energize people about the vision by instilling a sense of purpose and confidence that they will succeed. The performance consultant will analyze and identify problems that can be solved by training and ensure that they are aligned with the organizational training strategy.

This role collaborates with business unit senior leaders and WI human resources teams to define and implement innovative, impactful performance support solutions that address business needs and measurably improve associate performance.The Team

The Expertise You Have

  • Proven ability in the financial services, HR, or learning and development fields.
  • Advanced degree or equivalent work experience in business, education, or organizational development.

  • Deliver training solutions aligned with organizational goals.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning methods and consulting skills.

  • Manage business partner relationships to drive collaboration.

  • Ability to think critically, work collaboratively with others, and communicate effectively to influence senior leaders and drive organization success.

  • Proficiency in establishing guidelines for monitoring and reporting on learning programs, using data-driven decision-making to measure and communicate the business impact of learning initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems creatively and effectively, providing innovative solutions that address organizational challenges.

  • Deliver talent and learning strategies across WI client-facing business associates.
  • Act as a Learning Advisor to deliver customized solutions.
  • Influence and communicate vision, goals, and delivery of talent & learning solutions to business partners.
  • Generate fresh perspectives, breakthrough ideas, and new paradigms to bring value to the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify opportunities and deliver coordinated solutions.

We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
