A bit about your role
The Senior Manager Performance & Productivity role is responsible for shaping and continuously improving Field Operations performance and productivity frameworks and playbooks to support consistent, high-quality delivery outcomes. It works closely with Field leaders and delivery partners to embed clear ways of working, accountability, and practical productivity initiatives into day-to-day operations. The role coordinates and tracks improvement initiatives, provides clear performance insights through dashboards and reporting, and supports informed decision-making. It also drives continuous improvement by monitoring outcomes, identifying opportunities to refine frameworks, and fostering collaboration and strong stakeholder relationships to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, performance, and service outcomes.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate contributes to strategic decision-making by combining strong operational and technical expertise with a clear understanding of business priorities. They support innovation and strategy development, engage in planning discussions with senior leaders, and represent the organisation in external forums where relevant. The role also focuses on building capability within the team by developing and supporting talent in their area of expertise. A relevant qualification in engineering, technology, or a related discipline is valued, along with experience in field operations, performance delivery, or business analytics, and a demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes and work collaboratively across teams.
