KONE P&C Operations Development is a function within KONE Global People and Communications focused on developing people services, processes & tools, analytics capabilities and employee experience at KONE. KONE P&C Operations Development function is working closely with KONE P&C colleagues around the world as well as key KONE business stakeholders and functions.
We are now looking for a
Senior Manager, People Analytics Solutions
to lead and develop the People analytics domain at KONE together with key HR counterparts and the KONE analytics and automation communities.
The preferred location for the position is Espoo Finland, Chennai India or Bratislava Slovakia.
Main responsibilities
Work with the SVP, P&C Services and Operations Development, KONE P&C leadership team and KONE Analytics to define the vision, mission, and strategy for analytics solutions in the HR domain
Design, implement and act as the owner for scalable and clear operating model within the People Analytics domain together with the KONE analytics community and key P&C stakeholders
Act as the business owner for People Analytics technology roadmap towards KONE IT
Represent KONE P&C in KONE Data & Analytics governance forums
Support P&C Centers of Expertise and P&C Services in training the P&C Community and business users to use People Analytics solutions
Collaborate with business lines, functions, countries and build KONE-wide, common ways of working with People data, increasing data literacy and analytics driven people operations
We expect you to have
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Economics, Business or a related field
Demonstrated knowledge in modern HR cloud-based people analytics technologies, preferably Workday
Demonstrated knowledge of analytics solutions such as MS Power BI or similar
Solid understanding of typical machine-learning, AI and process automation techniques
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, data architecture, data modelling, data management and data visualization
Experience in managing cross-functional teams across business and technical areas
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong planning, organization, and facilitation skills; effective project management skills
Strategic and conceptual thinker with a can do attitude and curious mind
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent networking skills
