We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Partner Operations for our Austin, TX office. Our expansive partner ecosystem—including Resellers, Technology Partners, and System Integrators (SIs)—plays a crucial role in driving growth and customer success. We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Sr. Manager of Partner Operations to scale and optimize our global partner operations infrastructure.

What You’ll Do: 

The Senior Manager, Partner Operations will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of operations that support the partner ecosystem. You’ll manage a high-performing team and serve as the operational backbone of the partnerships organization—building data-driven processes, streamlining workflows, and enabling partner teams at scale.

People Leadership

  • Hire, lead, and develop a team of Partner Operations Analysts and/or Specialists.

  • Provide clear goals, mentorship, and professional development paths to foster career growth and team engagement.

  • Set performance expectations, conduct regular feedback cycles, and manage career planning and capacity.

  • Create a collaborative team culture built on accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Team Management & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a team of Partner Operations Analysts (as applicable); foster professional development and high performance.

  • Support Partner Managers in quarterly business reviews (QBRs), regional performance planning, and capacity modeling.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Serve and be seen as the Partner operations leader across key internal stakeholders: Partner executive team, Partner Marketing, Partner Managers, Business Technology, Data Analytics, Sales, Finance, Product, and Legal.

  • Partner with Business Ops and Sales Ops to align partner workflows with broader revenue processes and systems.

Strategic Operations & Enablement

  • Be a strategic business partner that anticipates and sees challenges, opportunities and helps to deploy Partner Industry best practices into our processes and data.

  • Own and drive the roadmap in collaboration with the senior Partner leadership team and the Business Applications team for partner systems and tooling, including PRM, CRM, and reporting platforms.

  • Define and track KPIs to assess partner contribution, engagement, and effectiveness.

  • Architect and refine end-to-end partner processes—onboarding, deal registration, incentives, certifications, co-sell motions, and renewals.

  • Drive operational efficiency and scalability through automation, tooling, and standardized workflows.

  • Establish governance policies for partner segmentation, tiering, attribution, and compliance.

Systems & Data Stewardship

  • Own partner data integrity, reporting infrastructure, and automation efforts across platforms such as Salesforce, Impartner, Crossbeam, and others.

  • Develop executive-level dashboards and insights to inform strategic planning and partner prioritization.

  • Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate incentive tracking, program budgeting, and partner compensation workflows.

Process Optimization & Governance

  • Evaluate and evolve policies and processes for all partner channels (Agencies, tech, payment, etc.).  

  • Maintain documentation and operational playbooks for internal partner teams.

Who You Are: 

  • 5-7+ years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, business operations, or a similar analytical role in a SaaS or technology environment.

  • 3+ years experience managing a team

  • Ability to work cross functionally and drive business outcomes 

  • Familiarity with working across diverse partner types (Resellers, Tech Partners, SIs).

  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and data/reporting tools (Excel, Looker, Tableau, etc.).

  • Experience with PRM platforms (e.g.,Impartner, Salesforce PRM, PartnerStack).

  • Understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models.

  • Experience supporting global or multi-regional partner networks.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Analytical and results-oriented individual contributor and teammate, with excellent multitasking skills and the ability to lead small projects, as required.

(Pay Transparency Range: 124,000.00 - 210,000.00)

The exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s location, relevant knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
