Company Description

Alliance Animal Health is a fast-growing private equity backed, Veterinary Service Organization that operates as a majority owner and business partner to many veterinarian practices across the US. Our goal is to make it easier for our practices at every step by providing world-class business solutions like talent acquisition, marketing, human resources, finance, and operations, so that they can focus their energy on providing incredible care for animals. In fact, our Core Values are (quite literally) written with PETS in mind: Passion, Engagement, Trust and Service.

We want our doctor partners to choose what's best for their practice because they are the experts in medicine, while we customize the support, the co-ownership approach, and business solutions based on their goals. We pride ourselves on maintaining a culture of open communication and collaboration to deliver innovative solutions to advance today’s veterinary environment - without disrupting the medical autonomy and what makes each of our hospitals unique.

Because at the end of the day, our central support team exists to serve our practices. So, if you’re excited about using your talents to make an impact on the health and wellness of pets - we’d love to talk with you!

Job Description

Alliance Animal Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Media to help lead and evolve the client acquisition engine across our growing network of veterinary practices.

Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, this role will be a strategic leader within our Performance Marketing team, helping shape how we drive healthy, profitable client growth through paid media at scale. The Senior Manager, Paid Media will lead a team of Paid Media Strategists, own performance across an assigned portfolio of practices, and translate broader paid media strategy into high-impact programs, campaigns, and initiatives.

We’re looking for a leader who combines deep paid media expertise with strong strategic thinking and people leadership. This person should be equally comfortable developing multi-channel strategy, digging into campaign and market-level performance, coaching a team through complex challenges, and identifying new ways to improve how we reach and acquire clients across a diverse network of veterinary practices.

If you’re looking to step into a mature, high-performing paid media program, operate at meaningful scale, work alongside leaders and strategists with deep expertise in both paid media and the veterinary industry, and help shape what comes next for an already successful client acquisition engine, then we’d love to talk with you!

  • Partner with the Director of Performance Marketing to translate business priorities and strategic direction into actionable plans across the Performance team.

  • Coach strategists through complex performance and business challenges to strengthen decision-making, strategic thinking, and ownership.

Performance Management

  • Own paid media performance across an assigned portfolio of practices, using performance trends, business context, and market conditions to identify opportunities and address challenges.

  • Lead paid media strategy and performance for de novo practices, supporting locations through launch and toward established growth goals.

  • Develop and evolve multi-channel paid media strategies that connect audience, market, channel, investment, and performance insights to drive client acquisition.

  • Lead performance improvement efforts for practices requiring additional support, identifying underlying challenges, developing action plans, and coordinating resources to improve results.

  • Oversee the implementation, technical setup, tracking, and attribution of paid acquisition channels to support accurate execution and performance measurement.

Performance Operations

  • Lead the prioritization and execution of regional and performance-related support initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional partners as needed.

  • Own weekly and monthly paid media reporting to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring performance, priorities, and areas requiring attention are communicated clearly.

  • Build scalable processes that improve consistency, efficiency, and execution across the Performance team.

Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for paid media agency partners, managing communication, priorities, deliverables, and project timelines.

  • Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to resolve practice-level performance challenges and coordinate support around shared goals.

  • Communicate clearly about performance, initiatives, timelines, priorities, and potential roadblocks to keep stakeholders aligned.

  • Bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to new opportunities, performance challenges, and evolving business needs.

  • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing, or related field.

  • 3+ years of team leadership with a proven track record of leading high-impact teams of subject matter experts.

  • Experience leading multi-channel paid advertising strategies from planning through launch to scale.

  • Hands-on experience optimizing paid advertising campaign performance to achieve key business objectives.
