As a (Senior) Manager Organizational Readiness & Development – Business Transformation (f/m/d), you will be part of KION’s global Business Transformation organization at our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main (Gateway Gardens, near the airport). In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of organizational readiness and change activities for one of KION’s most strategic transformation programs, shaping how global process standards, roles, and ways of working are embedded across our multi-brand organization.We offer:

Responsiblities:
You take end-to-end ownership for all Organizational Readiness and Change Management (ORCM) activities required to successfully prepare KION’s organization for the rollout of the global Business Transformation (BT) Process Template, covering 17 end-to-end process areas and approximately 200 business process roles.
You are responsible for the systematic assignment of business process roles to teams and individual employees across all entities of the roll-in plan, including the identification, structuring, and active steering of resulting change and capability gaps.
You confidently apply proven ORCM methods and tools, continuously develop them further, and ensure their scalability across a global, complex organization.
You design and facilitate high-impact workshops with local and central leaders to deliver key Organizational Readiness outcomes in line with the global BT program roadmap and present results to program and senior management.
You enable and empower local and central teams by providing a clear methodological framework, practical guidance, and hands-on coaching—ensuring they can independently deliver agreed ORCM results and implement them locally with the required quality and timing.
You proactively manage senior stakeholders across functions, regions, and brands, acting as a trusted partner with strong professional standing and a clear, fact-based point of view.
You monitor and report progress, identify optimization potential and program risks, derive mitigation strategies, and actively contribute to the continuous development of the ORCM capability within the Business Transformation program.
From a strategic perspective, you contribute within the Organizational Readiness Change Management tower to the further evolution of KION’s transformation journey by translating identified change needs into concrete initiatives.
Requirements:
You hold a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Business / Organizational Psychology, providing a strong analytical and organizational foundation.
You bring at least 5-7 years of experience in large-scale transformation or change programs, ideally in a manufacturing environment or management consulting, with a strong focus on process harmonization and organizational change.
You demonstrate a confident professional presence and are comfortable interacting with all management levels, supported by excellent stakeholder management skills in complex matrix and multi-brand organizations.
You have a proven, hands-on understanding of matrix organizations and know how to create clarity, alignment, and accountability within them.
Data-driven work is a core strength: you have solid practical experience in data analysis, data modeling, and database-supported work, e.g. using Microsoft Power Query, Power BI, or comparable tools, and actively use data to steer change and decision-making.
You combine strong conceptual capabilities with clear, convincing communication and facilitation skills in an international environment.
You are fluent in English and German and bring strong intercultural competence, resilience, and an ownership-oriented mindset.
