Job Title: Oracle ARCS Consultant

Atlanta, GA

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Oracle ARCS and Consultant, to oversee the deployment and management of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) within our IT finance department. In this critical leadership role, you will ensure the accuracy of financial data, optimize reconciliation processes, and drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements related to ARCS, provide guidance on system functionalities, and recommend design solution.
• Proactively find gaps and areas of improvements related to Account Reconciliation. Demonstrate standard Oracle EPM Cloud ARCS capabilities and recommend best practices.
• Provide functional support to Business and Development teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. Develop testing strategy.
• Monitor compliance by configurable dashboards.
• Support business teams in analyzing and resolving reconciliation issues during month end and quarter end.
• Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth transitions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum ten years of experience with focus on business analysis, solutioning, configuration, and reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud ARCS capabilities including consolidation reconciliation and transaction reconciliation.
• Demonstrate industry best practices related to Account Reconciliation.
• ARCS implementation experience is mandatory. Candidate should have worked on multiple ARCS implementations.
• Experience working with finance senior leaders to drive efficiency and solve business pain points.
• Should have good understanding of Oracle EPM FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service), and experience with integrating ARCS with FCCS.
• Deep understanding of ERP is mandatory, especially with General Ledger (GL), Oracle Payables (AP), Receivables (AR), Intercompany (IC) and Fixed Assets (FA).
• Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience is highly preferable.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to anchor design discussions with various stakeholders from business and IT.
• Certification in Oracle EPM and ERP Cloud Finance modules will be an added advantage.
