Job Description:
- Leads Teams that deliver analysis, design, planning, and implementation of critical change initiatives across Operations and Commercial Departments. This role is responsible for project and program management, alignment and execution of cross-operational initiatives. Partners with Operations and Commercial Departments, as well as Operations Strategy and Portfolio Teams, on projects that improve Operations, deliver new capabilities, and enable the Company’s Operations Strategic Plan.

- Effectively prioritize, manage and deliver multiple programs and projects simultaneously, including partnering with resource managers, business partners and vendors to ensure high functioning, cross-functional program and project Teams
- Lead, support, and influence the achievement of the mission, goals and objectives of the department and organization
- Drive consensus among multiple parties with conflicting and diverse viewpoints on direction for specific initiatives
- Develop and coordinate well-written presentations that are clear and convey key information to support alignment and decision-making tailored to a variety of audiences
- Build strong, collaborative relationships and credibility with various Teams and stakeholders
- Expert knowledge of project and portfolio management methodologies
- General knowledge of business/Leadership principles, including planning, organizing, directing, developing, and supervising
- General knowledge of personnel practices and regulations
- General knowledge of software development practices, concepts, methodologies, tools and trends
- Skilled in creating, coordinating, and delivering multi-departmental presentations to affected work groups, Senior Leadership, and Executives
- Skilled in analysis and ability to apply a methodical and logical approach to problem solving
- Skilled in developing partnerships, negotiation and communication in order to facilitate interactions with business Customers and Portfolio Teams
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of responsibility and provides direction in a Team-oriented, cross-functional environment
- Ability to communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, with all levels of Employees up to and including Executive levels
- Ability to demonstrate collaborative leadership and builds strong relationships, set direction and approach for projects and programs, and resolve conflict
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated experience in directly or indirectly leading team(s)
- Fully functioning, broad knowledge in:
- Project and portfolio management techniques, including prioritization and risk identification, assessment and mitigation
- Driving complex cross-functional initiatives and aligning stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and use of methodical and logical approaches to problem solving and risk mitigation

- Ability to perform work duties from [limited space workstation/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
- Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
- Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
Pay & Benefits:
- Competitive market salary from $163,700 per year to $181,900 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
