The Work You'll Do:
Lead and scale our Americas Operations team in a high-impact, autonomous role. You'll manage a team of Operations Analysts while owning the operational backbone of our delivery organization - from project setup and data governance to executive reporting and process optimization. This is a player-coach role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution.
More specifically, you will:
Team Leadership

Build and develop a high-performing operations team across multiple seniority levels

Set priorities, standards, and performance expectations aligned with delivery goals

Act as primary escalation point for complex operational challenges.
Operational Excellence

Drive end-to-end delivery lifecycle, project governance, and PSA system administration (Cloud Coach, Salesforce)

Establish and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for capacity, utilization, forecasting, and billing

Ensure data integrity across systems and translate complex data into executive-ready insights

Continuously improve workflows and document operational playbooks
Strategic Partnership

Partner with Delivery, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success leadership as their trusted operational advisor

Present operational insights and recommendations to executive leadership

Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale PS operations globally
What We Need From You
-
8+ years in operations, analytics, or PMO roles with proven team leadership experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

Strong analytical skills with ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions

Advanced Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight)

Experience with CRM/delivery systems (Salesforce or similar)

Understanding of service delivery models and project governance

Excellent communication skills - you can influence across all levels without authority

Fluent English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
