The role will be based in Taipei, Taiwan ROC with the expectation of a hybrid work model.

PineBridge Investments is seeking a Senior Fund Operations to join our Fund Operations team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the main operations of the Asset Management Function (account opening, subscriptions, redemptions & switches).
• Engages in Onshore and Offshore funds Administration for clients, fund houses and other related operations functions such as updating databases, maintaining clients’ records, monthly sales & regulator reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Qualified holder of Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Professional (投信投顧業務員) or Senior Securities Specialist (證券商高級業務員) or Securities Investment Analyst (證券投資分析師)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fund operations for onshore/offshore in asset management company.
• Hands-on knowledge and experience in onshore/offshore funds and releted regulation.
• Basic written and communication ability in English.
• Good interpersonal skills as a team player as well as a good communicator.
• Good understanding of operational workflow and internal controls.
• Problem solving skills, good sense of ownership and accountability to the business.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines under time pressure.
• Capable of working independently and within a team
