    5. Navigate Complex People Challenges
    6. Be the go-to person for addressing sensitive, high-stakes people situations.
    7. Coach managers through interpersonal dynamics, conflict, and performance risk with sound judgment.
    8. Drive resolution across functions, balancing empathy with business needs and long-term team health.

    10. Shift from traditional “people management” to strong, consistent leadership behaviors.
    11. Coach mid-level leaders to build high-trust, high-accountability teams with clear expectations.
    12. Help managers turn differences into productive collaboration (healthy debate, fewer silos, faster decisions).
    13. Organizational Mediation & Alignment
    14. Facilitate alignment across domains when priorities, trade-offs, or tensions arise.
    15. Translate vague friction into clear problem statements, root causes, and actionable steps that make the workplace better for everyone.
    16. Act as a connector across teams to ensure alignment while preserving nuance and context.
    17. Policy & Compliance (Taiwan Labor Law)
    18. Maintain and evolve people policies aligned with Taiwan labor regulations and company practices.
    19. Advise management on policy interpretation and real-world application (consistent, fair, people-first).
    20. Balance compliance, risk, and practicality to support good decisions and a healthy employee experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Have experience in coaching junior to middle-level members.
  • Analytical skills to effectively utilize data in People metrics to drive discussion & make people/HR decisions.
