The Role

 We are looking for an expert, forward-thinking, focused, analytical, and motivated manufacturing manager to take full ownership of our Interconnect Factory production team. In this role, you will manage a team of operations professionals and drive continuous improvement across our partner manufacturing plants in Thailand.

What you'll be doing: 

  • Lead a team of production managers monitoring the production of transceivers at our Contract Manufacturer (CM) sites in Thailand and ensuring consistency to industry standards and specifications. 

  • Assure CMs production readiness on site to support Nvidia build requirements.  

  • Analyze CMs production lines and process. Work to improve - optimization, efficiency and performance, yields increase, and products cycle time reduction.  

  • Work with the CM leadership team to ensure build targets are reached and Quality, production and general performance standards are adhered to and continuous improvements are made.  

  • Innovation & AI: Develop and maintain operational KPIs and tools, leading the implementation of AI driven solutions to modernize production tracking. 

  • Working alongside the Quality, Operations, R&D and NPI teams on projects & mass production. 

  • Travel (as needed) for business. 

What we need to see: 

  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience. 

  • 12+ overall years’ experience in a manufacturing environment in the semiconductor industry, preferably optics based. 

  • 6+ years of managerial experience. 

  • A seasoned leader, creative, motivated, and teamwork driven. 

  • Comfortable to adequately liaise between CM Executives and NV leaders.  

  • Ability to work across multiple functions both local and international to achieve objectives 

  • Global Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to bridge gaps between CM executives and NVIDIA leadership. 

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. 

  • Performs well in an intensive and multifaceted environment. 

Ways to stand out from the crowd: 

  • Vast knowledge of manufacturing processes, ideally in an optical production environment. 

  • Advanced planning skills and abilities to simulate multiple scenarios 

  • High level communication skills, both written and oral (Fluent English Speaker and preference for Thai Language also)

  • Experience in implementing AI or automation tools in operational workflows. 

  • A “go-getter” - an intrinsic ability to get things done, deliver results, strong leadership and presence.
